Lymphi review

Face massage, depuff & sculpt

★ 4.3 (51 ratings, Aug 2026) $6.99 to $29.99Visit site

A face-first drainage app that guides routines with illustrations and timers rather than filmed video. Launched June 2026 and still on version 1.0.0.

Lymphi launched in June 2026 with a personalized angle: an onboarding quiz builds you a program around depuffing, sculpting, glow or recovery, delivered as short 3-to-6-minute timed routines. Its own website is upfront about the format: clear illustrations show where to drain, no video required. It is face-first with some neck, arm and leg flows, requires iOS 18.6 or newer, and as of August 2026 has not shipped an update since launch.

Who it's for

Someone who prefers quick, illustration-guided routines over video, is on a recent iPhone, and mainly cares about face depuffing.

The guided alternative

Try LymphFlow instead

Lymphi guides you with drawings and a timer. LymphFlow shows you the real thing: filmed massage videos with a calm voiceover, for your face and your whole body.

Common questions

Does Lymphi use real videos? +

Lymphi's website describes its routines as clear illustrations with timers, explicitly noting no video is required. Its App Store text mentions technique videos, but the site is the more specific source. LymphFlow's routines are filmed video with a voiceover throughout.

Why does Lymphi need iOS 18.6? +

The developer set an unusually high minimum OS version, which excludes many older iPhones. LymphFlow runs on iOS 15.1 and up.

Is Lymphi or LymphFlow better for full-body drainage? +

LymphFlow. Lymphi is face-first with some additional flows, while LymphFlow has dedicated routine libraries for face, tummy, legs and arms plus a custom session builder.
